You can order your repeat prescription online at Patient Access.
Please use the detachable order form on the right hand side of your prescription for re-ordering. There are alternative ways to order your prescription other than attending the surgery:
We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Your local pharmacy may accept telephone requests, find the pharmacy nearest to you here.
You should not need to contact the surgery to check if your precription has been done. If there is a problem, we will contact you.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
